Our team interacts with college Deans and Faculty Services departments in the institution and identifies the number of professors required to teach online programs for a particular class start.
The team then embarks on a recruitment drive in India based on parameters provided by the institution – academic qualifications, teaching experience etc

All candidates are screened by Quscient as per the university parameters. We conduct training sessions in a) US English b) Online learning management systems to enable the candidates to get ready for the training module/classes conducted by the institution.

Faculty profiles with complete documentation (resumes, transcripts, transcript evaluation forms, official transcripts, application forms etc) are passed on by the team to the university.
