Scanned paper applications are used to key enter the application data into the higher education institution's enterprise software. Electronic applications are fed directly from the existing Lead Management suite. We focus on checking for the veracity of attached optional and mandatory documents.
Activities performed by the Application Processing team:
Receive electronic and paper application from the Enrollment team
Audit collaterals by checking for mandatory documents, files
Data adequacy checks for validity of data
Processing applications within 24 hours of their receipt thus eliminating backlogs
Procure missing details or documents from the Enrollment team via email
Accept or reject applications based on the guidelines of the institution
Escalation to the onsite team in case of doubts or queries
Route collaterals to relevant departments for action and follow up
