CONCIERGE AND RETENTION SERVICES

This is our flagship ‘one of a kind’ service, which is aimed at student retention. We establish an innovative student contact desk in India called Concierge Desk solely responsible for student retention activities.

The Concierge Desk has a 24/7 inbound hotline for the students to call anytime. We also make periodic, proactive outbound calls or send emails to help students with their many needs like books, accessing the intranet, understanding the online education platform, financial aid application, transcript follow up etc.

Our top priority is to maintain touch with new students prior to class start, and hand-hold them through their orientation to the new education environment. This has won innumerable accolades from students about the University’s caring touch.

We also provide level 2 support with our graduation coaches to guide students from class commencement all the way to graduation. This greatly helps identify and prevent premature student drop outs.

The desk also follows up on students who have dropped out early, after class start. During this critical period there is still a great opportunity to convert a prospective student if her issues are promptly addressed.

The desk continues calling and emailing students in a pre-defined calendar after class start, just to ensure that the students comfortably settle down into their class schedule. Automated surveys are sent out to gauge satisfactions levels of the students and necessary corrective action is promptly initiated.

Our home grown software product for Student Lifecycle Management, ProRetention™, can be greatly leveraged to facilitate the execution of the Concierge Desk.
