Application Processing
Scanned paper applications are used to key enter the application data into the higher education institution's enterprise software. Electronic applications are fed directly from the existing Lead Management suite. We focus on checking for the veracity of attached optional and mandatory documents.
Activities performed by the Application Processing team:
Receive electronic and paper application from the Enrollment team
Audit collaterals by checking for mandatory documents, files
Data adequacy checks for validity of data
Processing applications within 24 hours of their receipt thus eliminating backlogs
Procure missing details or documents from the Enrollment team via email
Accept or reject applications based on the guidelines of the institution
Escalation to the onsite team in case of doubts or queries
Route collaterals to relevant departments for action and follow up
Transcript Evaluation
An experienced team pre-evaluates unofficial transcripts, checks official transcripts and reviews course descriptions. The team assesses the transferability of credits from accredited higher education institutions. This is a very specialized activity requiring an in-depth knowledge of the American higher education system. Our Transcript Evaluation team is made up of post graduates with deep experience and in-depth training.
Activities done by the Transcript Evaluation team:
Pre-evaluate transcripts unofficially at the enrollment/ counseling stage to help students make their decision
Transfer credits
Accept students for Graduate/UG programs
Check accreditation of various higher education institutions from where transcripts are requested
Match courses offered with similar or equivalent courses in other higher education institutions
Award credits based on norms outlined
Update credit transfer details in students’ accounts
Change student's academic status as per GPA of the student in her previous institution
