Our Student Support Services Desk acts as a focal point of contact for all students to help manage their academic calendar for the duration of their program of study. Our support specialists assist students with their programs and further guide them on the policies and procedures of the higher education institution.

A 24/7 Inbound hotline is manned by our dedicated team of support experts who have extensive experience in inbound call management. They handle queries on registration issues, transcript evaluation status, student personal details, credits, courses etc. Any problems or issues identified are escalated for prompt resolution by the appropriate department.

  • Verify student eligibility for registration
