Our employees own QuScient

Literally, not just metaphorically. We have a very attractive "Restricted Stock Program" where common stocks of QuScient are granted to employees and vest over a determined period. All professionals and at least 40% of other employees participate in the Restricted Stock Program within six months of enrolling in QuScient. This wealth-creation opportunity for employees is in perfect goal-alignment with that of the stockholders.

Performance-related variable pay

The compensation for our employees is structured in a manner that a substantial portion is fixed but a reasonable portion of the compensation is variable. The variable component of the compensation is paid only if employee performance meets agreed targets. Management team is rewarded based on revenue and profitability of the enterprise. Account Managers are, as a policy, rewarded based on quality accomplishments and not profitability; this ensures that they do not sacrifice quality for profitability.

We have a fast track program for high-potential employees. In addition to paying a higher compensation to the star performers, we provide them a scaled up stock grant, which binds them intricately into the fabric of QuScient. We provide them leadership training and other soft skills to help them realize their potential faster.

Our recruitment processes focus on character and attitude more than just competence

We recruit for attitude and train for skills. Not the other way around. Our employees have Masters Degree like MBA, Engineering, Chartered Accountancy, Cost and Management Accountancy, or Undergraduate Degree in engineering, science, finance / accounting from an accredited University. The recruitment process is very stringent; only one out of 6 candidates on an average is given an offer for employment.
