We will custom build a Process Management software for you, if you do not have one, and access your data in a way that is secure and not disruptive.

You get your paper documents scanned and upload the images into the process management system The physical paper is immediately archived by your staff. The electronic images would automatically get archived in the process management system, indexed for quick and easy future retrieval.

Our team accesses your systems and our process management system remotely through secure virtual private network connections. We use Citrix/Windows Terminal Services technology to access your system thereby further restricting our ability to update data in your systems. We then view the inputs and scanned images in the process management systems and update your systems (ERP or accounting systems as the case may be).

One-time process:

Technology infrastructure setup

• Establish your facilities and our delivery centers through a VPN (virtual private network)
• Our proprietary process management software is set-up in client's premises
• Client would set-up a high speed scanner to digitize all input documents
• Access your software systems located in your premises

Workflow set-up

• Processes are studied and mapped 
• The Process Management system is updated with process rules, error handling routines and escalation routines
• The Process Management system is set-up in nodes into which the client could upload input documents periodically
