Babu Thiagarajan, Chairman & CEO

Babu Thiagarajan is the Chairman and CEO of QuScient Technologies. Before founding QuScient, he was the CEO of TranSys Technologies Inc, a successful software services provider based in Princeton, NJ and Chennai, India. TranSys was one of the fastest growing small companies in the US with marquee customers and strategic partners. Beginning his career as a Technology Consultant with the US operations of TCS, a software powerhouse from India, he later worked for a decade with IBM, and Coopers & Lybrand in the New York area. Babu is a rank-holding Chartered Accountant from India and holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of Madras.

Dr. Nirup Krishnamurthy, Member, Board of Directors

Dr. Nirup Krishnamurthy is an independent member of the Board of Directors. Nirup is Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of Northern Trust Corporation, a leading global provider of asset management and related services. He was earlier Vice President and Chief Information Officer of United Air Lines. Nirup holds a Master's degree and Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering from the State University of New York in Buffalo.

V. Sundararajan (Sundar), Member, Board of Directors

V. Sundararajan (Sundar) is a 25-year veteran in handling finance for big corporations, and a specialist in the fields of operations, management of business finance, and profitability. Sundar is a part of QuScient's core team and advises on raising capital and taking decisions on strategic mergers and acquisitions.

Sundar's experience has seen him as the Vice President - Resources and Business development at Wipro Financials, as head of the finance department at BPL Limited, and as the CFO at Aztecsoft Limited - a USD $70 million software services company. Since 2009, Sundar has been associated with Numinous Consulting, a boutique investment banking firm of which he is the founder.

Dr. Michael K. Clifford, Member, Advisory Board

Dr. Michael K. Clifford is an education entrepreneur. He views himself as an ethical business and finance strategist acting as a catalyst for creating high-growth education companies, specifically in the online sector. Michael has been associated with QuScient since its inception and works in an advisory role especially in the areas of acquisitions and product development.
