Our staffing philosophy dictates that the minimal requirement to be a Process Executive in QuScient is to hold an undergraduate degree.
We share our data on productivity, errors, escalations, review, corrections, speed, and quality with customers on a real time basis. Nothing works better to improve quality than the knowledge that the customer has access not just to the end product but also the process.
