In case you decide to terminate our services, you need to simply discontinue our access to your data. This eliminates your dependence on us to transition work to a new service provider. Of course, you will have our contracted assurance to do a smooth transition to another service provider, if the need ever arises.

We have firewalls and encryption programs installed at our end of the network. We encourage our customers to have similar firewalls and encryption systems at their end to ensure interference-free secure transmission of document and screen images. We use Watch Guard, a state-of-the-art firewall to control access, protect databases, detect intrusion and provide logical security. We use open standard encryption for better protection.
We access your systems through Citrix / Terminal Server software:
If you would rather have us view the images of your data rather than the work on actual data, then we use this software to have read-only access. This avoids needless access to your data and prevents any download of your data into our servers.
Our Delivery Center has robust physical security features:
Our offshore Delivery Center is designed to prevent recording data into any media: floppies, thumbnail drives, CD/DVD writers, transfer of files through internet to other locations, photography, hand held devices, mobile phones etc. By keeping our delivery center paperless we safeguard your data that is critical to your business. Access to our center is controlled thru bio-metric devices.
Our Employees treat your data strictly confidential:
Our employees have a contractual obligation to treat all data, information, processes, plans etc. strictly confidential. We do extensive background checks of employees prior to recruitment. We discourage our employees from sharing customer sensitive information within our company outside their Program Group. Even when we service competitors, our work culture creates silos of different Program Groups serving different customers.
