Centralised Application Processing

QuScient can provide a 'centralised application processing hub' for your institution, for electronic and paper applications received from multiple channels. Application data can be entered into the institution's Student Information System (SIS) and hardcopy documents can be scanned and uploaded into your campus Electronic Document Record Management System (EDRMS). Our staff can check that application packages to ensure they are complete, contact students when they are not, and work to agreed Service Level Agreements for accuracy and turnaround time.

International Student Recruitment Support

QuScient supports colleges and universities in recruiting international prospects by engaging and communicating with them throughout the enrolment process. Our professional staff will be available during extended hours to provide a "live voice" to answer first-line after-hours questions from international students. We can field all inbound international enquiries, qualify them, set up calls and Skype sessions with your staff, and lead them to the point of enrolment. We can be your extended team to provide a great deal of comfort to your International students.

Application Scoring

QuScient can assess and score applications received through multiple channels and sources based on pre-defined criteria. Our representatives can coordinate with your staff to schedule interviews, request missing documentation, compile completed application files, and update the institution's Student Information System (SIS).
